MG Motor India is all set to debut the premium MG M9 electric MPV on July 21, 2025, exclusively through its MG Select luxury dealership network. The M9, based on the global “Mifa 9,” boasts a massive 90 kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of 548 km, making it one of the longest-range electric MPVs in India . Under the hood, it features a 245 bhp front-wheel-drive motor generating 350 Nm torque, along with support for 90 kW fast charging that replenishes the battery quickly .

Inside, the cabin is meticulously crafted for comfort with three-row seated layout, powered captain seats, multi-zone climate control, panoramic sunroof, dual displays, and Level 2 ADAS features . The MG M9 is expected to cost between ₹60–70 lakh, competing against premium MPVs like the Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire in India’s growing luxury EV segment
