GIFT City has entered into a strategic alliance with ANSR Global Corporation to establish and scale advanced Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India’s premier IFSC location. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) targets high-value operations in technology, digital transformation and enterprise innovation — shifting away from traditional cost-centres to strategic hubs for global business. The collaboration will combine GIFT City’s world-class infrastructure, regulatory advantages and talent base with ANSR’s proven track record of setting up more than 175 GCCs for global corporations.
This initiative aims to attract multinational companies to base key service-and-technology functions in GIFT City, generating high-quality employment and reinforcing India’s position on the global business map. Joint efforts will include ecosystem development, outreach to global firms and thought-leadership activities to promote GIFT City as the preferred destination.
Industry observers say the move reflects a larger shift: GCCs are becoming innovation centres, not just support units. With this pact, GIFT City is poised to capture a growing share of global capability investment, support digital growth and build a stronger service-economy footprint. The partnership signals India’s readiness to offer global enterprises an attractive destination for strategic operations.
