Today, Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy M17 5G in India. The standout feature is a 50‑megapixel rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), promised to capture sharper, blur‑free shots even in motion.
Charging into the mid‑range segment, the smartphone sports a 6.7‑inch Super AMOLED display, protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, and promises a slim 7.5 mm profile. For durability, it carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Besides the main camera, the M17 5G packs a triple-camera setup: a 5MP ultrawide and 2MP macro sensor. The front selfie camera is 13MP.
Early teasers also hint at native AI features such as Circle to Search, and colors like Moonlight Silver and Sapphire Black.
While Samsung has confirmed the launch date and camera details, final pricing and configurations will be revealed later today. This new model aims to balance premium imaging, solid display quality, and durability in the mid‑segment.
