Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu is on a strategic visit to Singapore from July 26 to 31, 2025, with the primary objective of attracting global investments in high-impact sectors such as green energy, data centres, ports and infrastructure, and housing. The state’s focus on Brand Andhra Pradesh is underpinned by its new industrial policy and ease‑of‑doing‑business reforms, aimed at building investor trust.
According to the Transport Minister, Naidu met with Singapore’s Minister for Trade & Industry, Dr Tan See Leng, to explore cooperation in green hydrogen, transmission corridors, logistics infrastructure, and port-based industrialisation. The CM stressed initiatives like Quantum Valley and Green Hydrogen Valley, backed by state policy and strong policy signals to international firms.
The itinerary includes meetings with the Telugu diaspora, key corporate delegations, and government officials, aiming to invite them into the state’s P4 (Public‑Private‑People) initiative and the upcoming Visakhapatnam Global Investors Summit. Prominent companies like Eversendai and Surbana Jurong have shown concrete interest in industrial and urban infrastructure engagement.
Naidu emphasized his intention to restore Andhra Pradesh’s global image, assure continuity in investor-friendly reforms, and reinforce AP’s strategic linkages with Singapore—positioning the state as a regional hub for technology, ports, and sustainable industries.
